can't change plan or get support - leaving?

saw on the news major carriers have this $60/10gig price war. Would love to change and stick with fido but if they continue to give us the silent treatment on all fronts (all online platforms and phone lines) it's only logical to get go somewhere else right? Guess we'll see by end of today...

Not @blahblahblahhhh but I'd welcome a chance to actually chat about my plan. I've tried phone ("due to circumstances beyond our control..." hang up message), Fido Live Chat (a rep "will be with me shortly" for the last two hours) and Facebook and at this point I may as well make the 5 minute drive up to Best Buy and change carriers.
