can I suspended contract account

I have 2 line under my account, 1 with contract is for my mom. She will be leaving Canada soon and come back on April. So I just wondering can I suspended her line and activate when she back. If not I need to cancel the contract. I tried to call but I know now is busy and hard to contact you over the phone. Waiting online...

finally contact the person by the phone. I know it can not suspended the line with contract.  And I said I will concel the line ,the lady just said no problem just cancel and not need to call again. so disappoint
