bad customer service

i spoke with an agent a few weeks ago and he offered me a deal and said i would think about it. I messaged today and the person who was helping me said they couldnt honour it. and  kept saying that she was a manager and would not escalate my call further, im seriously fed up with fido. the customer service has def. gone down hill!
