I've spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to set up a payment arrangement on my bill. I was told Thursday I could do so today and I've be hung up on twice and have spent an hour waiting to speak to someone.

Our Credit Operations team are exceptionally closed today. You can however make a payment arrangement through the self-serve menu. You simply need to dial *732 from your Fido phone.
