Hi my add on data on prepaid stop working, so I refilled 10 dollars to account but it still does not work. Where can I check for available data or expired date, or balance, etc ... so I know what to do when this happens? And can you help reconnecting the service (I am buying data plan 10 dollars monthly using the credit/balance that I paid to Fido on my account)
I really need it very quick, thanks in advance for any help!!!
