Hi Maria! Thanks for getting back to me. This is my current concern. I’ve been given pretty limited options. I have been trying to get the $85 10GB Large pulse plan since it had came out but i couldn’t wait so long, nobody replied to my DM in time either. Said they can’t do anything for me yet new customers are still getting the plan well after the “expiry date” of the plan. Paid off my tab and unlocked my phone. Plan on leaving by the end of my billing cycle if this cannot be resolved.
