Had my zte axon from Fido for two months. It was an open box return but I still have the receipt and I took out product coverage just incase...and now two months in my phone has suddenly developed an inability to connect and hold WiFi signals at any speed .
I have not dropped the handset in any way or allowed water into it so I'm perplexed as to how it suddenly can't handle WiFi any more.
How do I go about getting a replacement handset from Fido?

Can you give us a little more info about the issue you're experiencing? what happens when you try to connect to wi-fi? Is there an error?
