Hi I'm a old costumer and I've tried to change a new 2 years plan 

In 222 spadina store in Toronto first of all they refuse to do it as my visa expires on 22 months 

Later I've been told online of course  I can do it paying the remaining amount before I finish the plan

After they dont give me same conditions , everyone gives me different monthly  price

If I don't receive quick answer I'll cancel my account with fido
