I am with fido since more then 7 year. i have very old talk and text plan that i never changed. but since fido upgrade their website now its show me some different plan/Features then what I have.
I have free minuts start from 5 PM to 7 AM. i am sure and i confirm with CSR via 611.
and when I logine and see my plan on fido.ca it show me
"UnlimitedEvenings and weekends (Weeknights, from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. and weekends from Friday 6 p.m. to Monday 8 a.m.)"
Fido that might be glich on site that it not pull proper user plan/Features when user login.

I've heard of an issue like this, where the wrong plan is displayed on "MyAccount", I will be sending you a PM shortly to look into this with you The right information should be the information confirmed by the CSR you spoke to.
