Wrong Fido SIM Card

I order the new Fido Tri-SIM Card for my new smartphone that uses Nano-SIM as shown in the image here: Yet what I receive in the mail: I contact live support which told me to phone customer support, yet there was no option in the system for the current problem. I seriously don't know what to think of this, but I can say I'm not in a good mood.
