I was trying to do it online as well as an upgrade but I wasn’t able to get through. However, as I was browsing around on the Fido my account page I was able to change my plan to 5gb $60 plan. Now the question is, I haven’t got any confirmation email from Fido and does this plan include 5gb bonus for 24 months? If not how can I get the $60 10gb plan. I have been loyal Fido user since last 10 years. Hope you value the loyalty and offer us a better deal.

If you were able to switch to the $60 5gb plan online then you are good, the other 5gb will automatically be added by Fido, it can take up to 2-3 billing cycles for it to be added but it will be added.
