Worst online purchase experience

I purchase a new smartphone on fido.ca on 1 Nov.  The only email I received is the order confirmation.  I haven't got any order status updated afterwards.  I checked my credit card statement and the order is completed.  I assumed that the phone will come within 2 weeks even though I haven't received any tracking no. or shipping email or so because I have been charged.  I has been told that my order was cancelled when I called your customer service on 13 Nov.  What happens with your online system?  How come there is no one inform me the order has been cancelled and my credit card has been charged?  How should I get my money back?

Sorry to see that you had that experience ordering online.

 

The credit card refund will be done shortly after the order is cancelled. you will be able to see it directly on your next statement.
