Worst customer service experience.

worst Coustomer serivice ever!!! I got new I phone X they said they are going to give me credit for that too and also they charged me extra than they told me first. talk to three people at coustomer service got the worst servie. they do not even know how to talk to coustomer proper way. very rude!!!!! absolutly got the worst coustomer service. still did not give me the credit for my phone....

It's unfortunate to hear that your recent experience has not lived up to your expectations. This is definitely not what we like to hear from any of our customers and I assure you that we take this kind of feedback very seriously. 

 

Could you provide more details about the credit you were offered? Was this an in-store offer/did you trade-in your previous device? Some promotional offers have delays before they are applied to your bill.
