Worest customer service line

Hi... I have been trying to get hold of customer service at Fido since yesterday. When I finally got through the line they hung up the phone after 40min wait...plus I tired to get hold of someone online but still no answer. So i called them first thing in the morning since they opened at 8am. They hung up again. I called again and wait time suppose to be 3min but on hold for more than an hour now and they HUNG UP AGAIN... this probably the worst customer service ever. I have been with Fido for a very long time over 10years. I think it's time for me to make a change because it seems like they don't VALUE there customers at all...

I have been trying since Monday and get disconnected on the phone, and no response on the Live Chat.  I guess this is what "customer service" is coming to...
