Wireless Home Phone - missing promised discount twice now!

Hi Fido,

 

I write to you since i activated FHP on my account Nov 21, 2015, and was told by the corporate in store rep it would come with a 10% recurring monthly discount since it was an additional service.  I didn't receive that once i received my bill, called customer support December 15th.  He hadn't heard of any such offer, but agreed to give me 10.00 monthly credit for six months.  I agreed.  I also have not seen this on my bill.  Jan 6th, because of banking glitches, Fido created a batch of new accounts, and I have a new account number.  Naturally, that discount didn't follow me to my new account.  Please sort this out!~

That's odd, the credit should of been applied already.Let me check this out for you. I will send you a PM and sort this out.
