For the mods here - I'm sure I'm in the same boat as everyone else tryng to get in on the 10/60 promotion before it ends Dec 19th. No phone lines accepting calls, online chat not responding (offline totally as of this post) and we can't manually do it from our accounts without error messages. Even the FIDO store in my area can't get a hold of their product reps at the moment.
If not extending the date, is there a way we can be put on a waiting list of sorts until you sort out your network problems?
