Wi-Fi Calling on iPhone Issues

I am experiencing a problem with wi-fi calling on my iPhone 6. Previously, the phone had wi-fi calling activated, and I had to bring it in to the Apple store for service, where it was replaced. I started the phone from new, and when I go to activate Wi-Fi calling, it gives me the message to call in to Fido.

I called in to customer service and went through a few steps (powering phone off and on), removing the SIM card, and I am still unable to activate wi-fi calling on my device.

What should I do now? My condo has very poor signal and I relied on Wi-fi calling for most of the time while at home.

@tng11 It looks like when the Apple store replaced your phone the new phone was not a Fido phone meaning the new phone's IMEI is not in Fido system so the WiFi is not activating.

Hi @tng11 & welcome to the Community! Smiley

It's possible that either the IMEI isn't in the account, or the WiFi calling feature is missing in your account. I'll send you a PM to take a closer look. Talk to you soon! Wink

I just called in to have the IMEI updated, and it still doesn't work. Sad
