Today is the first day of my bill cycle, I didn't go out, just stayed at home and kept my phone wi-fi enabled, but when I checked my data usage using Fido app, it shows me 19M used, I was surprised and then I checked my phone (android), it tells me 150K used by some system apps. So, why it's so different?
I have never been charged for extra data usage, I just curious, is it normal? but why?
Hello Zl_king,
Welcome to the forums!
If you noticed it on the first day of your cycle, then I would say that it is likely the app just hasn't updated the information yet. I think it can take upto 12 hours for the app to reflect changes in usage activity. The information in the web-based My Account would be more frequently updated.
Hope this helps
Cheers
