Why my transaction didn't go through

I have texted 3282 to 3339 for data Top-Ups, yet it replied about "We are not sure what happened, but your transaction didn't go through...". Neither it works when I texted "1" or "2".

A reason why you would have gotten that message would be if you already reached 100% of your limit. Have you checked your usage?
