Why is Fido Management afraid to take a call about customer service

Worst customer service ever, they don't seem to know which department does what job.  Over 90 minutes on hold (listening to music that isn't even tuned in correctly) over two days to find out that 5 people cant do their job correctly.  So looking forward to getting away from this company
