Why didn't the Fido Rep that took my payment didn't inform me there will be a restoral fee added to the next billing on my account?
Why a $35 restoral fee when this is excessively high. A whole month's phone service can be bought for this amount. Why such a ridiculous amount for a "late fee" that is forced on to Fido Customers.
It doesn't make sense to rename it a "restoral fee" for late payments. This was not mentioned to me during the renewal of my contract.

Welcome to the community @luck536!
Sorry to hear the agent wasn't clear on the restoral fee. Whenever the account is suspended for non payment, there's a 35$ restoral fee to restore your account. This is explained on our term and condition page here: http://www.fido.ca/web/content/terms/fido_terms_and_conditions under: Charges; Account and Payment Information.
You can find more details about our fees here: http://www.fido.ca/consumer/content/administrative-charges.
Hope this clarifies everything!
