Hi!
While on my honeymoon a few weeks ago, we were travelling in the USA but very close to the border with Mexico. At one point, my phone welcomed me to Mexico, and although I turned off my cellular when I noticed this happened I was still charged for 1 day of international roaming. I was already paying the $6/per day for USA roaming. Is there any way to reverse a charge for an accidental pick-up of Mexico towers? We were in Big Bend and Marfa, Texas.
Hey @larouge,
Sounds like congratulations are in order, so Congrats!
We can definitely take a look into the roaming details with you. Did you already receive the bill with these charges?
Let me know and I'll send you a PM so we can review them together.
Hi @FidoPierre, thanks for replying.
Yes, The bill was from a cycle ago. It appears on my October 9, 2017 bill and the charge from October 2-3.
I'm on auto pay so the bill has already been paid.
