Where to find " Hot Topics " in My account??

I couldn't find one part with " Hot Topics " in My Account so I can log in to My Account to start using the Online Message Relay Service. Any idea where to find this.

Hello Imcanadian,

  Welcome to the community!

  I think you might have to register for the Message Relay Service first. You should be able to register here. You'll then be given a unique access number and password (see here).

Got the information back from IP relay and all set to go to use IP relay online.
