Where can I find my Fido dollars balance??

I cant find my fido dollars on my bill where are they

You can use this site to check your remaining fidodollars. 

And we know already that for some customes, the fidodollar balance is not showing on the their last invoice. 

It is just not showing, the fidodollar is still in your account. 

The issue will be resolved shortly and your FidoDOLLARS balance will be updated accordingly on your following bill.
