When does my new usage cycle start?

Hi! I am sent my bill on the 12th of every month but it's charged to my account on the 28th usually. Does my new usage cycle start on the 12th of every month?

Welcome to the community!

If you login to your account and save your invoice then look at the very top you will see your bill date that date would be your end date, your new cycle will start the next day.

If you have preauthorise payment setup Fido usually take the money 14 days after your bill date.
