I changed my plan to $60, 10GB plan on Dec. 19 on fido.ca
But so far in my account it only shows me just 5GB data, no 5GB data bonus.
According to Fido support, the 5GB data bonus will be added to user at Fido back-end.
But when will the 5GB be added? Please give me a date.
In those day, it is impossible to talk with a real person by Fido 611.

That's right, a billing cycle lasts a month. To know your billing date (the day the cycle resets) log in to My Account on Fido.ca, and select Billing & Payments
