I have been trying to get a hold of Fido customer service for two days now. Get through. I wend to a store, stood in a line up for 30 minutes and the representatives only surged their shoulders at me and walked away. I have been a loyal Fido client for many years now. Why is it when I am trying to take advantage of your offer, conveniently, there is no one to assist me. What kind of service is this?! As mentioned, I would like to get my plan changed. Please contact me to resolve the issue.

Sorry for the delay. While we did have extra staff in place for this promotion, we still experienced a higher than expected volume of inquires and we weren’t able to respond to everyone as fast as we usually do.
