I have been trying to get a hold of Fido customer service for two days now. Get through. I wend to a store, stood in a line up for 30 minutes and the representatives only surged their shoulders at me and walked away. I have been a loyal Fido client for many years now. Why is it when I am trying to take advantage of your offer, conveniently, there is no one to assist me. What kind of service is this?! As mentioned, I would like to get my plan changed. Sorry for the delay. While we did have extra staff in place for this promotion, we still experienced a higher than expected volume of inquires and we weren’t able to respond to everyone as fast as we usually do.
