Can I be pointed in the right direction to access my detailed invoices? They are no longer available on my account and neither is the option to make changes to the second line on my account - it isn't even listed but I sure I am paying for it.
All I see are my pre authorized payments - no detailed information or link to invoice.
I do not have a groupID never had and never made any changes to aquire one and I'm not even sure when that would be used. I am enrolled in online billing and have in the past been able to view detailed information regarding both lines on my account including plan change and upgrade options. I am the sole name on the account with no authorized users. I hope this information narrows the issue down.
So, again, how do I get my invoices? When will this site update be done? In the mean time can I contact customer service to have them mailed out to me without charge? I should have access to something beyond an arbatrary amount paid.

What exactly do you see when you log into your account? Do you see the View Bill option next to the account balance? Also, are you using your phone number as a username, or have you registered using your e-mail address?
