I don't seem to know my access code. Or Wat it is for my voicemail

You can reset your voicemail access code on fido.ca by following these steps:
- Log in to MyAccount
- Select SERVICES then MOBILE
- Scroll to bottom of page and on right will show UPDATE VOICEMAIL PASSWORD
- Follow instructions to reset your access code / password
- Enjoy your voicemail service!

Where exactly are you being asked for an access code?
If you're referring to your prepaid access code, it's usually the date when your account was created, in this format: MMDD. If you're referring to your voicemail access code, you can follow the instructions given by @afterthefact to reset it. Finally, if you're referring to the access code asked when you contact us, that would be a 4-digit PIN you chose in the past.
