Website LIES - cannot change credit card info online

Despite this being the simplest thing in the world, FIDO will not let you change your monthly auto payment credit card online. Oh sure, the help section says just click the change credit card button under the my account tab - except it's not there. Only 'make a payment' and an interaction ad. Nothing else. And the chat function open until midnight? Just an endless cycle telling you to login even though I am, and can clearly see my account info.

Sheesh. That's an hour wasted on something that should take 9 seconds....

I'd like to help you with this.  First off, do you have Prepaid service or Postpaid (monthly invoice) service?

With that information I'll be able to pinpoint the next steps to follow to resolve your issue.
