We've Hit a Snag!!!

My Fido Account App as well as online keeps saying Oops weve hit a snag check back later. This is preventing me to check my data and bills and it is getting me extremly frustrated! Please let me know what to do.

@AmandaD restart your phone and see if that helps with the app, try clearing the cache on your browser or try a different browser and see if it helps. I'm currently using th browser on a PC and i'm able to login no problem.
