Hi all, I was finally able to get a hold of customer service via 611 after 1.5 hour wait last night but the lady told me the system was down so she help me set up a case number for requesting a plan switching today and someone will contact me to confirm. A person did contact me just now to comfirm will do switching for me but he did told me the 10GB only guarentee for 24 month, after that it will switch back to 5 GB. I do told him about the plan do change on Saturday and that additional 5GB will stay as long as I keep the plan but he insist no about that. Also he said the plan will kick in on the billing cycle day instead of immideately. So is it true that 10Gb only valid for 24 month?
