Voicemail not working - }"the change-your-plan-lose-your-voicemail"

I changed my plan via web. After that, I lost my voicemail. 

Please get someone to fix/add it back to me.

Does it say it's unavailable when you try to reach your voicemail?

Best thing to do would be to contact us so we can access your account with you and fix all that
