Hello,
I recently switched plans from a 2 year contract to a BYOD plan. However now my voicemail isn’t available. I try to acces voicemail and it says “call failed”. I try to press and hold one and it says “call failed”. I tried calling my number from another phone to see if my call would go to voicemail but it just keeps ringing. Voicemail is included in the plan I purchased but how do I activate it?
