I changed my subscribtion to a Fido Pulse plan today and have now lost access to my Visual Voicemail. How do I get this back? Prior to changing services the agent assured me that I would retain all my services, and gain some extra data. Please help! How do I get visual voicemail back??

As @KAPABLE-K pointed out with this previous post, this may be due to a change with your value pack. Can you take a closer look at the email we sent following the price plan change and see if the value pack is still included as an add-on?
