Trying to take advantage of the new $60 10gig promotion. Visited the local corporate store and was informed I'd need to call or chat with a customer service rep as they couldn't/wouldn't help me in the store. That was around 1pm and I contacted Fido via chat through the website immediately. It's now 9:39pm and not a peep from Fido. I realize it's very busy but that's unacceptable.
I agree! I left them a nice long message at the end of that survey they ask you to complete online. Yes we get it, your busy due to the "holiday sales" you have going on but you don't see best buy having 2-3 people on the floor during boxing day or most recently, black friday. Be properly staffed to answer customers back!
