Very poor reception as of Thursday (Mar 3) morning in White Rock B.C.

Spent 40 mins on the phone with tech support on (Mar 3) Thursday night as we lost cell reception on 2 phones in our home area all day.Its has now been 3 days and I have not recieved the callback promised and see no resolution to unusable cell service.

We have had wind storms all week and something has definitely changed in our area.A call is immpossible and texts come in hr's late when the phone is able to briefly connect.

Please resolve this issue asap. Thanks
