Today I tried to contact a representative through Fido's live chat. I started waiting at around 3:30pm PST and it wasn't until 6:15pm PST that I was connected (that's almost 3 HOURS!). 5 minutes after connecting and doing the typical user confirmation stuff, I got disconnected. Nothing was accomplished and I felt like I wasted so much of my time. Disconnection was not on my side because my internet was working perfectly (I was on Netflix/Youtube while I waited). By the time I disconnected, live chat was closed for the day and I have to wait until tomorrow to begin waiting again.
3 hours is just way too long and I would definitely like to see Fido tackle this issue.
