Very Frustrated

I tried phoning in to take advantage of the 10gigs of data for $60 about a dozen times between 7-7:30pm pacific and I got the office closed voicemail. Two hours early! Yes I know call volume was high. Nevertheless.

 

Then I went online logged in and tried to sign up through the promos link again about a dozen times and was given a page that said this information is not available online! Will someone please contact me and honour the promotion. Today is December 18 and I have been with Fido for around 15 years! Really bad service tonight!
