VPN not working with VPN

Hi! Recently I've travelled to maritime provinces and after coming back home the VPN is not working anymore with LTE...(but the VPN is working on my ipad while I connect with LTE hot spot on my cellphone) And it's so weird that, the VPN works well with Fido-ext LTE...I also tried putting the sim card in another phone, the VPN works well. Anyone could help me with this problem?

My device is Iphone X and the version of software is 11.4(15F79)
