Hi guys.. Just switched from Rogers to Fido still using rogers device and i can't setup my voicemail, it says the number is not valid

I’m gettinv the same error message as the OP & get through to customer service. Is there anything else I can do?

Hey @FidoMegan thanks for replying, i went to Fido store and they fixed the problem, i didn't have a voicemail service..

I get the same message after changing plans last week.  In fact, four out of five lines are affected and get the same error.  All lines are on the same plan.

So, after they activated the voicemail for me, i only got Mini voicemail, does that 10GB = $60 gives you mini voicemail? Or it's just me?
