I just made a plan change to the $60/10GB plan, however my voicemail is not working. Wheb I enter +14168216549 as the retrieval number it states that the change is unsuccessful and will not save. How can I resolve my issue and gain access to my Voicemail?

It is possible that the voicemail was not added correctly to your account and Fido customer service will have to re-add it at least that what happened to a few users that switched plans.
