I have a trip to Europe and was thinking of using accumulated Fido Dollars for a travel pack.
If you look here:
https://www.fido.ca/web/content/coverageroaming/roaming_intl_talktextdatatravelpack
you can see four options for Zone 2 (Europe) travel packs as add-ons (for real $). The $95 option including 200 min/unlimited texts/500 MB data is not too bad, if you could get this for Fido Dollars.
However, if you go to the Fido Dollars redemption page, there is no $95 pack, and instead a $100 option that includes 100 min/150 texts/100 MB, which is a heck of a lot worse.
WHY are these options inconsistent? The other three travel packs are the same for real $ and Fido $. And, please, no boilerplate answers like “Regrettably this $95 option isn't available to be purchased with Fido dollars, at this time.” I’d really appreciate an explanation, not an excuse.

Hey @lack! Welcome to our community forums :)!
As you have pointed out, not all Travel Packs that are displayed on fido.ca can be paid for using FidoDollars, the exception for Zone 2 being the $95 Travel Pack.
Our Travel Packs are the products of agreements with our partners outside of Canada to offer our customers the most favorable rates while roaming outside our network, the $95 Travel Pack for Zone 2 is a special offer and because of that we're not able to pair it with another promotion like the FidoRewards program.
