I just tried to upgrade my device on the fido website. I did not get a confirmation email however the new plan i selected with the upgrade is showing on my account. what do i do?

Yeah try checking your junk email, I did an upgrade 2-3 weeks ago, and was kinda wondering why I never got a confirmation email. Then I got my phone the very next day so I was still curious so I went into my email and low and behold, there it was in the Junk/Spam folder. all you gotta do is mark it as safe/not junk and it future emails should come thru.
