I recently bought an unlocked iPhone6 and activated a new Fido nano SIM. The phone works fine to receive and make calls/text and works fine with Wifi, however refuses to connect to internet through 3 G or LTE / 4G. I see the 3G /4G sign on top of the phone.
I am aware that some other Fido customers had reported similar problem but I do not see a solution in the blog.
Fido reps at the shop have not been able to resolve the problem. I need a urgent solution. If there is a moderating looking at this message I would like to communicate directly to resolve problem. Thanks

Try these solutions and see if any fixes your problem.
1. Try restarting the phone.
2. Try toggling cellular data on then on again
3. Try putting the phone on airplane mode for 30sec then turn off airplane mode.
4. You can try resetting network settings.
Tried all the four suggestions. Still no internet connection on Fido SIM.

Did you look at the APN settings: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network.
It should be: LTEMOBILE.APN

What happens exactly when you try to access the internet? Do you get an error message? Have you already tried restoring the phone?
