I'm just wondering if I was incorrectly charged for a call a while back that went to Lethbridge, I live I Calgary and this is the plan I have had for almost 2 years now

• Minute Tracker
• Unlimited Circle Calling
• Call Waiting
• Conference Calling
• 6GB Data Option

  After reading about Canada Wide calling I decided to see if I was billed correctly or not for that call, and also I don't know how to change my nick name

Just to make sure that I understood correctly, you were charged for calls while in Lethbridge? If you have unlimited Canada-wide calling, no long-distance charges will apply no matter where you are in Canada. It is however possible for you to be billed if you go over the included minutes in your plan.

Thank you and no, I was in Calgary and I accidentally dialed an outgoing number which was in Regina, Saskatoon not Lethbridge my mistake and I was charged a long distance fee, this was on October 2016 @ 10:15am , then again on May 01, 2017 @ 6:47pm for a call to Olds,Alberta, then again on May 11,2017 @ 2:24pm to Hamilton, Ontario, as for using up all the minutes, I didn't, says I have 200 Weekday minutes (7am to 5pm) and Unlimited Evening and Weekened Minutes (Evenings from 5pm) and I barely call numbers.
