Hello Team Fido, 

 

I have been with you guys for over 5 years upgrading my phone with you several times during this period. Today I want to upgrade my phone again and I am just not able to get through to anyone. Today I was in the phone waiting for about 30 minutes when a person answered the line and put me on hold mid way through our conversation for a further 25 minutes. Plus the upfront cost if the phones are pricey. I have to buy out my contract for 100 dollars and at this point it may seem like a good option. Can someone contact me so I can reserve a phone?
