Unbelievable billing

I have been trying, for almost three weeks, to rectify an obvious billing error but not finding any kind of help. In fact, I am being called a liar because they insist that I made 1500 minutes of calls to numbers I don't even know.
Checking the itemized bill I see hundreds of 1 -2 second calls to two numbers that I don't recognize.
How can this be resolved without wasting anymore time?
I can't believe the audacity and utterly ignorant behaviour and attitudes of the people who insulted and slandered me because they refuse to believe what I'm saying!!!!
Frustrating!!!
