Its been 3 days already to reach customer service and Fido is still unable to fix the issues they have with call failing to customer service. put my self for queue , Fido call me back , that doesnt work either , all I need is to upgrade the plan and it seem's , Its time to move away from FIDO after 11 long years.
Thanks for asking .............. No...!!! no one contacted from the call back queue and not able to reach anyone anyway's, I got my wife a deal from a different carrier who seems to care when you need help.
I have been trying to contact Fido through the 1-888 number and over Live Chat since Monday with no success. I only get a busy signal, and spend hours with the Live Chat window open with the message that says "Connected. A Fido representative will be with you shortly." Shortly! Several hours isn't shortly, it's poor customer service
