Unable to transfer to new data plan

I have tried multiple times to switch my two plans over to the new $60 for 10gb. The store told me the computer system was down. Customer service has closed early, after I was cut off by team members four times over a 6 hour waiting period. Fido is offered a plan that they cannot actually honor? Any information would be appreciated?
